APPEAL for Igumo Primary School, Tharaka

On March 4th the roof of the Igumo Primary School was carried away by strong winds. Three classrooms where affected and lost the roof. Let us assist the school to be able to construct the roof as soon as possible. The cost for repairing one classroom is 2500 USD (Equiv 25000 SEK).
IAS Kenya is running the school feeding programme (Plate for Plate) in the school and are in close contact with the school management. This particular programme is funded by the Linas Matkasse company and its customers.
The repair work will be supervised by International Aid Services / Kenya (a local NGO working in Kenya since year 1994).
